So...at community colleges, it's that AA degree. It's to get somebody in the door. It gets them their foot in the door to a job. It helps finite some of the skills that they need. Downtown Minneapolis we have many large corporations, sometimes they just need a little extra development. Sometimes they come in to take a coding course, or a web design course, or different courses. And so with that AA degree it helps people get some work quickly, and I think that AA degree is going to continue to, be meaningful in our world because the vacancies, the job openings that are right now, we can't fill because we don't have the skills, we don't have the skills available. In Minnesota, I think we have over 1000 vacant technology jobs right now and so often there's not time to get that full four year degree.
